Rubbermark is a privately owned company established in 1990. Its origins trace back to the 1940's when Reidrubber's General Products Division started manufacturing in Penrose, Auckland, New Zealand.

Today the company leads both the Industrial and Marine markets in New Zealand, with its comprehensive range of rubber and flexible polymer products.
